JoeBird's summer coleslaw is just what you need to feel refreshed, with fresh red and green cabbage, kale, carrots, celery, and green onions, and tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing and topped with pecans.

This new addition to our menu is already a fan-favorite. Slow-smoked tri-tip is the star on this sandwich, topped with melted Swiss, arugula, and house chimichurri on garlic aioli toasted French bread. It's shareable, but it doesn't have to be! 😉

Perfect for our cold Missouri days, this chili is made with our smoked chicken, black beans, tomatoes and spiced to perfection. It's topped with cheese, sour cream, and jalepeños; served with saltines or crostinis.

Loaded with your choice of pulled pork, chicken, or tri-tip and shredded cheese, red onion, jalepeños, BBQ sauce, sour cream, and green onions, our nachos are always a classic choice.
